Our oceanside retreat is unit #2 of a duplex. It is 4 stories tall and is equipped with an elevator that reaches every floor. This 4 bedroom unit has 4 and 1/2 bathrooms, an open concept kitchen/dining/living area, and sleeps 12 people comfortably. You can relax on one of the 3 deck area's that overlook Delaware Ave., or the beach is just at the end of the block. No driving required.

Our townhome is located on Delaware Ave., which is the same street as Candy Kitchen, in Fenwick Island Delaware. Our townhome is less than one (1) block from the ocean beach and only two (2) short blocks north of Ocean City Maryland. There are many attractions within' walking distance, and the public bus has several stops on both sides of the highway. This is the pefect place to quietly relax, swim, and shop while still being close enough to many great restaurants and beach attractions.

There are four (4) bedrooms total, with two (2) on the first floor and the master and final bedroom located on the third floor. Each bedroom has a full bath en suite attached with an additional powder room located on the second floor near the dining and kitchen areas. The living room couch also doubles as a pull-out bed to accommodate additional guests.

There are three (3) balconies facing south which flood the entire unit with great lighting. All furniture and appliances in the unit are brand new, including the electric fireplace in the living room for those chilly nights. Cable television and internet are also available, provided by Comcast. Complimentary dual-channel 2.4GHz and 5GHz secured WiFi is available to connect to the internet at fast speeds.

There is space for two (2) to three (3) vehicles, depending on size, to park in the driveway of the townhome. There is also an outside shower to avoid tracking sand into the unit.

If you want to go out on the town, many great attractions are right outside your window. Candy Kitchen is at the end of the block. Viking golf is access rt. 1., along with Golf Down Under, Kohr Bros Ice Cream, Fisher's Popcorn, shopping at the Village of Fenwick, Sun & Surf Theater, and so much more. That's just what is within' throwing distance. Ocean City is just two (2) blocks away.
